Our Story and Community Roots
From Kitchen to Community
Named after our daughter, Zoey, Snack Bandit Desserts began as a small market bakery inspired by Nicole’s culinary background and lifelong passion for baking. What started as a hometown dream quickly grew from cooking out of Clarence Creative Kitchen into a brick-and-mortar café and bakery in the Village of Orchard Park.
Today, Snack Bandit Desserts is more than just a bakery. We proudly serve locally roasted coffee, espresso drinks and lattes, breakfast and lunch favorites, and, of course, our famous made-from-scratch desserts. While our café has become a part of the local community, we continue to stay connected through community events, festivals, artisan markets, and farmers markets.
The relationships we’ve built with local farmers, artisans, and suppliers have inspired us to incorporate locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We believe that combining quality local ingredients with scratch-made recipes is what truly sets Snack Bandit Desserts apart.
